Foreign Minister of United Arab Emirates to visit Lithuania

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is visiting Lithuania on 18 June. He will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius to discuss possibilities to advance political and economic cooperation and to exchange opinions on topical foreign policy issues.

The Foreign Minister’s visit will also include meetings with the President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė and the Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius.

Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan visited Vilnius in 2009. The diplomatic relations between Lithuania and the United Arab Emirates were established on 16 October 1992.
