Lithuanian Foreign Minister to visit Moldova

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius will pay a working visit to Chisinau on 31 August - 2 September and will take part in the meeting of „Friends of Moldova Group“, and will have bilateral meetings.

"Friends of Moldova Group“ was launched in 2010 at the initiative of Romania and France. The meeting in Chisinau will focus on the European aspirations of Moldova and will be attended by Štefan Füle, European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy.

During the visit in Chisinau Lithuanian Minister will meet country‘s leadership and with his Moldovan counterpart will co-chair the meeting of the Lithuania-Moldova Commission for European Integration.
